TAYLOR LANE
Taylor's love of exploring was instilled at a young age by her parents, who themselves were avid travelers. Her zest for adventure has only grown as an adult, as she has planned personal trips to Europe, Hawaii, South Korea, Thailand, Mexico, and more. After many years as an esteemed project manager, she realized she could apply her expertise in organization, communication, thoroughness, and problem-solving to an industry she is truly passionate about: travel.
The transition has come naturally, with the only regret being not starting sooner — it has truly been a dream come true! Now, she is eager to make her clients' bucket-list dreams come true as well. You can always count on Taylor to give her best (she is a former Division I collegiate athlete, after all!). When she isn't traveling, you'll find her on the pickleball court, watching the big game, or at home with her boxer dog, Gus.

QUESTIONS
Accommodations-only itinerary: We assist with recommending & booking accommodations with all our usual perks & benefits, as well as also handling basic airport transfers and flights (if requested, $100 per person). All other trip details & services are handled directly between the guest and the hotel concierges or on their own.
Fully-inclusive itinerary: We put together a complete itinerary inclusive of all hotels, logistics, flights (if requested, $100 per person), tours & experiences, activities, etc, in collaboration with one of our local preferred tour operators.
We are not able to book flights, hotels or touring using miles or points. If you would like to book using miles, we suggest you handle booking flights on your own to free up budget for the rest of the trip. We will however, attach any loyalty numbers to your flight tickets or hotel bookings when possible so that you still accrue points.
If you’d like assistance with booking flights through the SmartFlyer Air Team, there is a $100 per person added fee, and you get expert guidance on the best flights to take, as well as 24/7 access to our client support line in case of any changes or cancellations.
We have cultivated decades-long partnerships with hoteliers and travel providers around the world that translate into your VIP status being recognized every step of the way. Tailored Lanes clients' bookings are prioritized by hotels as preferred partners ahead of bookings made by a credit card company. Plus, if you have any issues while traveling, you have a dedicated partner available to you at all times to jump in and assist.
Currently, your first trip with Tailored Lanes comes at no additional cost! For future trips, a planning fee of up to $200 may apply, depending on your itinerary.
